Had a great experience! The staff is friendly and professional, and there is a very nice, new waiting area with a big TV and coffee. They even provide little extras like vacuuming your floor mats, and they left a candy cane in my car (Xmas time). It was very inexpensive too, although I used a coupon. They couldn’t have made much profit from my visit. But if their evil plan is to get me to come back for other services, they have succeeded. I will definitely return!

As a woman I’ve never really felt good or confident about having to take my vehicle in for repairs, but Thomas and his team really turned that around for me! I brought my 2023 Hyundai Tucson In for an oil change. Absolutely the best shop in Sanford. I took my Mont Carlo SS over and they were timely and professional. Other shops have had my vehicle for longer, for far less work. They truly take pride in their work and helping to understand the root of causes (if you have any). I’ve even talked to their GM expert about possible work in the future, regarding my transmission, and he was extremely helpful. I’d say they might be slightly pricey in regards to other shops around, but you pay for quality. These gentlemen were quality from customer service to the work they do. I will be coming back here.

Drove to North Carolina for a short weekend trip, and while there, I decided to get an oil change performed on my recently purchased vehicle, a 2020 Ram 2500 6.7L diesel. While the oil change was being performed, I decided to get the fuel filters replaced as well, which are not routinely stocked items. Select AutoPros was able to quickly locate, procure, and install the required filters and get me back on the road in just a few hours. The service technician was highly competent, and the service advisory staff, Abby and Mark, were friendly and extremely professional. I’d highly recommend this shop, and it’s staff, for any vehicle maintenance/repair work that you might need.

Recently had mechanical problems with my classic 1986 Chevrolet C10. Had truck towed to my usual repair garage and they ran diagnostics and could only tell me that relays were heating up and they recommended another shop about an hour away. While at my car club meeting I asked around for any local shop recommendations and that is when I heard about Select AutoPros. Called the shop on the next business day and they told me to have it towed over( even recommended a local tow company) and they would take a look at it. Same day it was tracked as a bad fuel pump and found replacement after quite a long search to find a well made and suitable pump. Once the pump arrived, they installed it same day and called me for pick up. Even got a veterans discount. Truck has been running excellent ever since I am totally satisfied with the repair work and customer service at Select.

My car had some serious problems and manager Ethan took the time to thoroughly explain everything and discuss different options with me, so there were no surprises later. My vehicle was fixed quickly and drives like a new car – thank you to all the staff at Select AutoPros! 🙂

We like our new mechanic. They are polite and cheerful. Today I came 15 minutes before the opening hours, someone was already there, took my car key without scolding me. Haha. When I came to pick up the car, I discovered I forgot my wallet at home, again they didn’t scold me and were very understanding saying that I can pay later, but it appeared they accept Apple Pay. In general polite fast service.

Really nice people and great service. I had an emergency car situation and had to pop in to their shop and they took care of my car immediately and I had amazing experience. Will definitely come back here. Hopefully not in emergency situation next time

Had an alignment done here as my tires were wearing inconsistently. They were very friendly and helpful! Able to get me in when I needed and got my alignment fixed up nicely!

They took me immediately and did the necessary work on my vehicle while I waited. Very thorough and no fast talking trying to sell me extra services. They even cleaned my front mats.

I was in town visiting family and I noticed my front brakes sounded like they were growling and grinding whenever I came to a stop. After doing some online research for brake repair I found Taylor’s Automotive.. and after looking at a few of their reviews…. I decided to take my vehicle there. It was the first thing I did that Monday morning and they were already open up at 7 am. After explaining my concerns, I left my truck for repairs. Within 30 mins I was provided a written estimate. After review, I selected the suggested repair and approved it. The whole process was completed within three hours. I would highly recommend Taylor’s Automotive because they were open and up front. The owner Mr. Tracy Magill provided great customer service and was friendly.

Update: another great visit to talon automotive! I went in for basic maintenance and for them to diagnose an issue I felt in the front end, they called telling me the issue was with my sway bar when I got there they said the sway bar was fine and the issue was with the tires and wheels and pointed me towards replacing GM with aftermarket due to the cost. They easily could have done the work I approved but they did the honest thing and saved me money. This is what keeps customers coming back, honesty and integrity! After moving to sanford and having some horrible experiences involving garages in the area I am so happy I found Taylor Auto. I stopped here for a second opinion and was so happy with the upfront answers and excellent service that I pulled my car out of the dealerships garage and drove it straight here to be worked on. They went out of their way to get parts and fix my car as quickly as possible! They have definitely earned my business moving forward!

Taylor Automotive has been caring for my cars since 2001, from inspections and oil changes to all kinds of repairs (which I don’t have often because they keep my car well-serviced). Tracy is always pleasant, helpful, informative and fair. While my car is in the shop Juan takes me where I need to go and picks me up too. Car problems are stressful when you’re a single lady like me, so it means so much to have someone I can trust and depend on. Oh, and it’s super clean and pleasant there too.

Had a complete engine replacement just a little over a month ago. After receiving several quotes from others, Taylors Automotive wasn’t the lowest or the highest but all things considered I felt was the way to go and I have no regrets. They got my truck into the shop within days to start work and the truck was back to me in a week as quoted. Other than a minor issue which they quickly fixed and honored under the warranty the truck has run great.
